Eleven have been retained by a leading battery manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Graduate Chemist. In this lab-based role, you will be instrumental in the development and analysis of innovative battery materials, working closely with our material development team to drive progress.

In this lab-based role, you will be instrumental in the development and analysis of innovative battery materials, working closely with our material development team to drive progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute small-scale experimental studies based on feedback from the material development team.
- Record and report experimental designs and results, while developing and implementing best practices.
- Contribute to the planning of laboratory-based reactor systems for experimental purposes.
- Handle powders and reactor equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate reactors using computerized control systems, recommending and testing improved control measures.
- Provide written and oral reports to the material scientists within the team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, including conducting risk assessments.
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, applied science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a laboratory-based environment.
- Proficiency in experimental planning and execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Exceptional time management and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards in the laboratory.
