Update on tanker employment

Following the release of our salary survey back in the summer, we spoke exclusively to the magazine about the state of play of careers and recruitment in tanker shipping. 

Peter Morgan, desk lead, for our commercial shipping side and physical oil trading hires says,

You have to have those commercial skills, get on with people, build robust relationships and maintain those relationships...The markets are moving daily so you need strong mathematical acumen to take a view on the market and decide what’s a good voyage and a bad voyage.”
