Tupras or Türkiye Petrol Rafinerileri A.Ş., based in Turkey, operates four refineries with the capacity to handle 30 million tons of crude annually. Tupras is Turkey’s leading industrial company and controls most of the country’s refining capacity.

Our relationship was initially established through the previous Financial Controller at Tupras. Through recommendations we continue to support their hiring requirements.

In 2021 the CFO suggested Tupras needed talent acquisition support across their financial reporting/accounting team based in London. The team were people short and proposed hiring their first contactor, an accountant. We are in a unique position to assist this process, with specialist contract recruiters within our Finance and Risk team.

To support Tupras’s first contract hire, we provided extra support, navigating the IR35 Tax legislation and detailing the requirements needed to set up a contractor. Within three weeks a new contractor started at Tupras with Eleven managing a swift yet thorough onboarding process. We continue to work with Tupras on a number of roles.
