What We’re Looking For:
- Chartered Chemical Engineer.
- Proven expertise in process design, troubleshooting, and development across various technologies.
- Strong technical SHE leadership with a deep understanding of COMAH regulations, relevant legislation, and standards.
- Leadership experience, ideally managing teams of engineers in high-hazard environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading technical strategy: Develop and implement asset strategies to support business and manufacturing goals, including new asset development and process improvements.
- Technical SHE leadership: Ensure all processes meet the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental performance.
- Process Engineering: Oversee all process engineering activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Team leadership: Manage a team of internal process engineers, and additional contractors depending on project volume
- Collaboration and influence: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, to influence decision-making and ensure compliance.
