Process Design Engineer

I am recruiting for a Process Engineer (with design experience) for a great client of mine in the Central Belt of Scotland
This won't be for everyone, but for the right person, it could be the IDEAL role.
My client is a growing consultancy that operates in the high-hazard process industries across the UK.
 
They are looking to build out their existing Process Engineering team.

The day job...
 

• Supporting process and senior process engineers in all aspects of Process Design to deliver engineering solutions at Concept, FEED, and detailed design project phases.
• Production of technical and engineering reports.
• Production of Process Engineering Drawings (PFDs, P&IDs)
• Production of Process calculations (such as thermal loading/heat transfer/pump calculations).
• Perform site visits and site surveys, site meetings, and other site-related activities
• Undertake process investigations and troubleshooting
• Prepare process specifications and deliverables.

Desirables...

• A degree or equivalent experience in Chemical Engineering
• Ideally chartered or working towards chartership.
• Become familiar with process design in a chemical process plant environment
• Excellent written and oral skills
