Commercial Director (hybrid / remote)

Location: Flexible within the UK
Position: Full Time
Remuneration: £100-150K DOE plus bonus, equity, benefits

Eleven have been retained to find a seasoned Commercial Director to lead the Commercial Strategy and Drive growth of our Advanced Materials client, during an exciting phase of growth / transformation.

This pivotal role will focus on business development, strategic partnerships, and the commercialisation of innovative materials / additives in the UK and Globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across diverse industries.
• Build and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the commercial team to exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate across R&D, Marketing, and Operations to align efforts.
